What we collect

Your contact details, country, project or personal-film request, preferences and any file-sharing links you provide. Only the fields marked with an asterisk are required. Please do not include passports, payment details or sensitive information that is not needed for an initial conversation.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored in a private database using Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. The public website has no inquiry-listing endpoint. AHARE accesses the records to respond. If email notifications are enabled, our email delivery provider processes the submitted details to send a notification to AHARE. A submission confirmation means your request was saved; it is not a booking or payment confirmation.

Photographs and personal stories

Share only materials you may provide and information about others that they are comfortable sharing. Direct file uploads are not currently enabled. If using a sharing link, avoid making private material publicly searchable. We do not publish your inquiry, photographs or personal film for marketing without separate permission.

Service measurement

We count page visits, film opens, contact and email link clicks, form starts, sending errors and received inquiries with the page name and campaign code to understand how people find the service. These counts do not contain your name, email, message or a persistent visitor identifier. Campaign codes may be kept in your browser’s session storage during your visit. Temporary hashed network identifiers help limit spam and expire after their rate-limit window.

Video players

Vimeo connects only when you activate a film. Vimeo then handles playback data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@ahare.co.jp. We keep inquiry information as needed to respond and manage the proposed project; you may ask us to close and delete an unneeded inquiry. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.
